I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor working in Angel, Islington. I offer short term or longer term open ended therapy to adults over 18, both in person and online. 

I work with clients on a variety of experiences including anxiety, low mood, depression, stress, loneliness, identity, belonging, self-confidence, trauma, abuse, relationships and relational conflict and more.

I have a personal interest in working with anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, and how early trauma can affect us in our adult life, especially in our relationships. I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients and supporting their individual needs.
